Devoted Society began as a passion project of exotic car photographer and full-time social media marketer, Spencer Berke. In 2016 we worked with Spencer to re-think the brand’s identity, set a new design anchor in place, and establish a re-launch of his brand. Today we continue building out new designs and apparel styles that support those who are Devoted.
Devoted Society is focused on finding amazingly comfortable clothes. A departure from your standard cotton T-shirt, we integrated Sueded Cotton, literally the softest shirt you’ll every wear. With followers coast-to-coast, it was also important that we offer a variety of garments that are weather friendly and fitting for the youthful demographic.
Part of working with Devoted Society is the great opportunity to build fun social media content. Ranging from group photo shoots in a variety of settings, to video and drone footage, we’re always excited to create for our brands. With Devoted Society we selected and scheduled the talent, cars, and locations for this outdoor shoot in the Fall of 2016.
The online buying experience is really important to the Devoted Society buyer. Not only is it important for the online store to be aesthetically attractive and responsive, but it needed to be welcoming right away. More than 90% of the buyers are land at the store from social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube, so it’s vital that the store be organized, clean, and easy to use.
We recently noticed that a lot of start-up brands are not equipped to handle their own fulfillment as the brand scales. For our apparel clients such as Devoted Society, we store their custom boxes that we designed as well as packaging, labels, tape, poly bags, and other supplies in order to fulfill the online orders. We check the online store 2 times a day to fulfill orders that are placed to ensure that the customers receive their orders in a timely manner. We are able to service our clients better when we have full visibility of their inventory because it allows us to provide feedback on the top selling items and provide suggestions on what they need to reorder prior to their inventory being depleted.
